serilor® HR High resistance squeegee

serilor®HR is a special polyurethane blade with exceptional combined resistance to chemicals and abrasion. It was developed to withstand the toughest applications in screen printing and to have a long shelf life in most environments.

serilor®HR blades are manufactured with a centrifugation process to avoid bubbles and craters in the material and to bring optimal homogeneity to the compound, even at the core of the material and after grinding. Our exclusive computer controlled casting process guarantees batch to batch consistency.

We believe the HR range offers an excellent base range to cover Graphics and Textile applications. We’ll be stocking the following selection:

HE1 60 shore White (soft) - 50 x 9mm Great to lay down solids and can be used for a heavy lay down with textiles.

SR1 70 shore Natural (soft/medium) - 50 x 9mm. Providing good lay down on textiles.

HR1 75 shore Natural (medium) - 50 x 9mm. good laydown on graphics and textile prints.

HR3 Triple Layer (75/90/75) - 50 x 9mm. Recommend for auto printing. The 90 shore centre layer offers support, while the 75s outer layers are excellent for fine lines and halftone printing.

HR3 Triple Layer (65/90/65) - 50 x 9mm. As the triple above, the slightly softer 65 shore outer layers are ideal where a heavier ink lay down is required.

All are available in 3.66 metre rolls or by the metre (minimum order 1 metre). This selection will form our ‘base’ stock range.
